City Tours Cusco – Half Morning / Afternoon:

You can explore the imperial city of Cusco in two time slots: in the morning at 9:30 AM or in the afternoon at 1:00 PM. To begin the tour, our staff will pick you up from your hotel and escort you to the tourist bus to visit the designated sites.

Detail of the places to visit:

  • THE CATHEDRAL. – is located in the main square of the city, is a colonial monument of great artistic value. Currently in its interior are appreciated work carved in wood as the choir, the pulpits of the altars and the painting of the Cusqueña School.
  • QORIKANCHA.- religious center to worship the sun, in this place stands out the Inca architecture coupled with the Spanish architecture.
  • SACSAYHUAMAN.- Located at 2 km from the city, was constructed with enormous carved and located with compelling precision, this formed by three superposed platforms that have an average of 360 meters long and 9 meters of height. From which there is a unique panoramic view of the entire city of Cuzco.
  • Qenqo.- Located one kilometer of Sacsayhuaman, was adoratorio inca emphasizes an open space called amphitheater where were their idols and mummies in the 19 niches trapezoids.

The Cusco Tourist Ticket grants access to various attractions in the region. You can purchase it in advance at Palacio Kusikancha (Calle Maruri 340, Cusco) to optimize your time or at the first site you visit during your itinerary.

  • Comprehensive Tourist Ticket (valid for 10 days across all three circuits):

    • Foreigners: S/ 130
  • Partial Tourist Ticket (valid for 1 or 2 days in a single circuit):
    • Peruvians: S/ 40

What to bring for the excursion?

  • Cash (in soles) to cover expenses not included in the program.
  • Extra money for personal expenses—there are no ATMs at the sites.
  • Warm clothing for the afternoon: jacket, scarf, and gloves.
  • Hat, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection.
  • Snacks (chocolates, candies, coca leaves).
  • Bottled water or sports drinks to stay hydrated.
  • Camera with extra batteries to capture your experience.
  • Personal medical kit if needed.
  • Altitude sickness medication (“Soroche Pills”) or coca leaves for chewing.
  • Trekking shoes or waterproof boots for comfort. Sturdy sneakers with thick soles are also a good option.
  • Rain gear: A quality raincoat and rain pants (only necessary during the rainy season from January to March).
